The Parish Council heard officially on Wednesday 18th January 2017 – the panel from South Gloucestershire Council decided on 12th January 2017 that the Tern Inn & Car Park be added to the Assets of Community Value Register.
Whilst this will slow the planning process up – it doesn’t mean that development won’t go ahead – it could still happen……watch this space….
