**Important – changes to our local bus services**
First Bus are planning significant changes to the operation of services Y1, Y2 and Y6 in our area. As it stands, Heron Way will lose the Y1 service completely, with it being rerouted from Shire Way into the town centre, skipping The Birds / Sodbury School / Chipping Sodbury. The Y6 service, which takes passengers from Yate to Filton and Southmead hospital will see it’s frequency reduced to every 90 minutes.
