On Friday 16th March 2018 – 7:30pm – a concert by Dodington Parish Band in memory of Cllr Cliff Phelps will be held at Dodington Parish Hall.
All proceeds to be split between charities of Cliff’s choice – B-eat and Dodington Parish Band.
